MITCHELL DRIVE QUARTERLY asASSESSMENTS

Mitchell Drive Assessments are paid quarterly in the amount of $81.00. $15.00 goes toward Section 7 or the By-Laws for maintaining Mitchell drive Stormwater Management Pond. The remaining $66.00 goes toward the General Assessments. Assessments run on January, April, July and October. Dues can be paid by check, cash or money order sent to the Box Hill Office you are may use this selection. Credit card fee will be applied to your total amount.

You may use this selection to pay your $15.00 late fee charge. Late fee charges are assessed 45 days after the dues are assessed on the 1st of each quarter. This selection can also be used to pay a full year of dues or any additional payment. Make sure you enter the amount you wish to pay.

Dues can be paid by check, money order, or cash sent to the Box Hill office, or you may pay by credit card using this selection. A credit card fee will be applied to your total amount.
