Swim Diaper Guidelines for the Box Hill North Community Pool
Each pool patron that has a child that will be using the main pool with a swim diaper has to register at the lifeguard office. This information will be placed in our computer. The 2 ft. section of the main pool will be available for diapered children from Sundays to Thursdays only. This eliminates any risks of any accidents happening before a scheduled paid private party during the weekend. All children 3 years and younger MUST wear a snug fitting swim pant that has an elastic waist and leg bands over a swim diaper in the 2 ft. section of the main pool and baby pool.Â
Summer hours for the pool will be Monday through Sunday 11:00am to 8:00pm. Have a fun and safe summer ~~~~See ya at the pool!

Tutoring
Please be advised the last day for tutoring for this school season will be June 3rd. If any students feel the need for remedial tutoring over the summer, please contact Cathy Norman.
Volunteers Needed
The playground is in desperate need of assistance in emptying the trashcans, picking up trash around the equipment and checking equipment for safety hazards. It is especially important that we find at least one if not several volunteers who are willing to assist with the emptying of the trashcans. Without help, there is a good possibility that the trashcans will be removed from the area. Since the trashcans have been installed, there has been far less trash around the playground and surrounding common area. They keep the community looking nice by keeping it clean. The Board alone cannot handle this task. It requires very little time, 30 minutes twice a week is all you need. If you are willing to step up and help (all ages welcome), please fill out the contact form here.
Thank you,
Shari Morris

Problems with the site?
I have been receiving a lot of messages lately that there are problems with the site. Most of which are problems with logging into the site, requests for passwords and forgotten usernames. The component that handles user acounts is self service. This means users have the ability to create their own accounts and passwords.
The online version of the Barnstormer has been a success so far. As of today the February version has been downloaded 120 times and the March edition has been downloaded 92 times. In the month of March we were able to print 100 less copies and expect to print 200 less copies in the month or April. We have approximately 200 members who have opted out of the paper mailing so far and would like to see that number continue to grow. You can opt out of the paper mailing by either filling out the form on the website or contacting Joann at the Administrative Office.
