A neighbor's bird has escaped its cage an has been enjoying its freedom amongst the treetops.

Harford County has announced a new Single Stream Recycling Program effective September 12th, 2010.  This program allows residents to combine all paper, glass and plastic recycling into the same container.  Additional items will also be added to the recycle list such as books, aluminum foil and a few other items.

A website for the people by the people

With the latest website launch, residents now have the chance to submit content for publication.  After you have crated an account you can visit the user menu and then select Submit Article from the sub-menu.

You will then be presented with a text editor in which you can enter the desired content.  Articles will be reviewed by the Website Committee and published if the article is determined to be related to BHN or Harford County. 

We will not publish articles promoting local businesses or those that contain complaints against the Board or residents of the community.

Pool Committee Meetings Time Change

Beginning with the March meeting, all Pool Committee Meetings will start an hour earlier - at 6PM. Meetings will continue to be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Barn. The Pool Committee meets regularly to discuss and decide on issues such as budget, memberships, fees, operating hours, concessions, swim lessons, swim diapers, etc. Pool Committee meetings are open to all Box Hill North residents. Membership on the Pool Committee is open to all Association members in good standing. Please support the Pool Committee by attending meetings, voicing your ideas, and volunteering your time as needed. We can use all the help we can get!

Blvd at Box Hill


The Boulevard at Box Hill, Harford County's premier retail and entertainment center is under development. Located less than a mile from I-95, the 40-acre project will include more than 700,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space.

The contemporary shopping center and office complex, located at the intersection of Woodsdale Road and Box Hill Center Corporate Drive, in Abingdon, Maryland, is the first of its kind in Harford County. Featuring a Main Street design, with open air plazas, tree-lined boulevards, expansive sidewalks, and extensive landscaping, the center will serve Harford and Cecil Counties, and draw visitors from southern Pennsylvania and northeastern Baltimore County.
